Services expanded its business footprint into South Africa in
2000. Our
waterproofing experience spreads several years offering industrial,
commercial and
residential waterproofing services. Our experience includes
just about any conceivable waterproofing contract from airports, shopping
malls, warehouses, factories, dams, silos, residential homes etc...
We know what stops water and what not. Waterstop Specialised Services is an approved applicator of
ABE Chemicals and DaraChem products. This approval ascribes to the high code
of standards Waterstop Specialised Services adhere to when installing
waterproofing systems.
The company exists of several waterproofing teams who all take pride in their
commitment to quality workmanship and personal service. Personal attention
is given to all waterproofing contracts, be they big or small. All waterproofing work
is supervised, tested and guaranteed, we don't take short cuts that
fly-by-night operators do.

WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS
Waterstop Specialised Services are authorized applicators of torch-on
waterproofing by fully bonded method specified reinforced app membranes.
Approved suppliers: ‘abe construction chemicals' the agent for ‘Index’ range
products (ex Italy) / Darachem Industries RSA
2. Rubberized emulsions with membrane
3. Cementitious ‘sbr’ slurry with membrane
4. joint sealants being industrial specification grade
5. supercast waterbar or ‘durajoint’ PVC section for water retaining
structures
SEALING SYSTEMS
Waterstop Specialised Services seals expansion & Construction joints using
1. Polysulphides / polyurethanes / & modified bitumen compounds / silicones
(supplied by ABE construction chemicals)
2. Applied to industrial hardstandings / runways / taxiways/ building joints
CONCRETE & MASONRY REPAIR SYSTEMS
Waterstop does cementitious repairs using specified pre-blended powders
designed for specific civil needs (eg non-shrink high build grout / fast set
grouts / cavity infill / concrete repair grouts)
2. Applied to concrete silos (food storage structures) / water retaining
structures/
industrial floors / airport runways / masonry weathering / old ‘historic’
buildings / new buildings having settlement & crack failures.
